At the height of the dot.com boom, Changework Now was one of the first online recruitment companies in the UK to develop technology which would ‘interact’ with the candidate, filtering poor candidates and engaging strong candidates at every stage.

Ten years on, Changework Now is still a clear step ahead of the game and well known for its commercial and consultative approach to online recruitment. Several million candidates completed a Changework Now online recruitment experience and several thousand HR and Line Managers rely on the intuitive management system to optimise their recruitment programmes.
