
Changeworknow are working with Sainsburys as part of their current business turnaround strategy. We are working in partnership to develop and execute their e-recruitment strategy which will be rolled out over the next 2-3 years.
In October 2004 the first phase was launched with an interactive online recruitment process for ALL retail management positions, followed by an online recruitment process for all head office/business centre positions.
After only 6 months the recruitment team have seen a reduction in recruitment costs, have reduced the time hire achieving one application to offer in 8 days, and have greatly enhanced the candidate online experience.
