Cineworld have chosen Changeworknow as their partner to provide an online recruitment system which will be used by all cinema managers from May 2009. All cinema roles will be published on the corporate website and all applicants will go through a series of criteria based online questionnaires to determine their fit for the role.

The new system will significantly speed up the time to hire, increase the quality of applicants and reduce overall recruitment costs. Designed with the candidate in mind this new and fresh approach to recruitment will ensure that all candidates are dealt with in a consistent way.
